STRATEGY

  • Clarify problems, KPIs and service goals for intermodal terminals, networks and related assets​

 

  • Build modernization roadmaps, business cases and capital / M&A scenarios (buy, build, partner)

 

  • Define how work will be organized: org structure, leadership roles and insource vs. outsource approach

adoption

  • Train and certify union and non-union teams; update SOPs, roles, responsibilities and yard processes to match the new operating plan

  • Design and run on-site or remote operating models with 24/7 support capability

  • Monitor KPIs, UI usage and workflows, tune processes and systems, and feed lessons learned back into the next strategy cycle

DESIGN

  • Design the future operating blueprint for gate, yard, rail and maintenance: how trucks, cranes, people and systems will actually work together once the solution is live including layouts and remote-operation concepts

 

  • Define the event and data model, KPIs, dashboards human-centered UIs for drivers, clerks, remote operators and leaders, plus the operating cadence around them

  • Map operational needs to automation and field tech (AGS/OCR, computer vision/vision AI, RFID, telematics, sensors), TOS and integration architecture, including pilot/proof-of-concept designs

delivery

  • Lead project and multi-vendor coordination from pilot through full rollout, keeping all parties aligned to the newly created operating plan

 

  • Manage testing, construction, cutover and go-live in live terminal environments, with safety and service as non-negotiables

  • Coordinate design-build delivery for gate and terminal infrastructure
